This agreement outlines your obligations as a member and explains our obligations to you. By enrolling as a CrazyCashBack member you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Site Memberships and Termination of Accounts

CrazyCashBack only allows one account per person. Duplicate accounts will be deleted. Accounts with different names and addresses but with the same account payee name will also be considered a duplicate account for these purposes.

You must be a resident of the UK and be a minimum of 14 years of age to qualify for a CrazyCashBack account and receive cashback.

We reserve the right to refuse membership. Further, we reserve the right to terminate your CrazyCashBack account without notice at any time.

Cashback Rewards

As a CrazyCashBack member you will earn a percentage 'cashback' or cash reward from a number of retailers as illustrated on the CrazyCashBack member's website.

We will make every effort to ensure cash back offers are correctly illustrated.

It's important to note that all transactions you make are not with us but the individual retailer.

Your CrazyCashBack account will only be credited when the retailer confirms your transaction. Sometimes this happens immediately, although often our retailer's process transactions when their returns policy date has expired (this can be 30 days plus).

Should any purchased goods be returned, refunded or the sale otherwise reversed then the cashback payment will not be made.

Cashback rewards can only be paid when a CrazyCashBack member has logged into our site and accessed the retailer's site via a link from the member's area.

All transactions are electronically logged and reported back by the retailer. CrazyCashBack will make every effort to ensure that retailer's are correctly reporting cashback sales however we cannot be held responsible should the retailers systems fail to report back your sale. (In the rare case that this occurs we will make every effort to negotiate the cashback reward from the retailer on your behalf; however the retailer's decision is final).

All cash rewards accrued by members are under the ownership of Targeted Media Ltd. until each cashback cheque clears into the member's bank account.

We reserve the right to non-payment of these member accounts, and the cancellation of cashback cheques, without any notice at any time.

Where transaction cashback has been paid out to a member, but later reversed by the retailer, we reserve the right to claim this member payment back, as the transaction has not been deemed valid.

Payment Schedule

Cashback payments by cheque will be issued monthly, 30 days in arrears providing your account balance exceeds £20. Accounts under this amount will be carried forward to the next month.

CrazyCashBack cashback cheques will be void 30 days from date of issue.

PayPal cashback payments will be made within 48 hours of a request. You must earn a minimum of £20 before being eligible to make a PayPal withdrawal. Withdrawals must be a minimum of £20 at a time.

Should a retailer delay payment or cease trading then we will make every effort to recover your cashback however CrazyCashBack makes no guarantees to payment until funds have been received from the retailer or their agents.

Members Newsletter/Offer Emails

All members will regular electronic newsletters and special offer emails, providing updates on the latest CrazyCashBack member’s offers and site updates. It is a condition of membership that you provide and maintain a valid email address to receive this weekly email.

NB. As per our privacy policy your email address will not be sold or shared or rented to a third party.

Dormant Accounts

In the event that your CrazyCashBack account is dormant (showing no transactions) for a period exceeding 12 months then we reserve the right to terminate your account.

Modification of Agreement

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion by posting a revised agreement on the CrazyCashBack website.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference to rules governing choice of laws.

Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

YOU AGREE AND UNDERSTAND:

a. CrazyCashBack and its agents may pop up brief messaging alerts when you can save money by shopping through CrazyCashBack.

b. Where a pop up alert has been displayed we will automatically re-route your browser via CrazyCashBack's tracking codes to ensure you receive your due cash reward.

c. You understand that if you visit a retailers website via another website publishers 'affiliate links' you may not receive your rewards.
